Through this covid-19 pandemic, I have grown my hair out for the first time. Just got my first braids back (cornrows) yesterday and *mmhmmm* I looked better than some of the pictures I reference for ideas/inspo.
Great community vibes; Monique/Secret is both a pleasure and also a hair styling genius. In pandemic times, I don't think I've walked into an establishment and immediately been so happy to be there and watch art happen before me (other customers gettin made up).
I'm a braids virg no longer - but I will most certainly be coming back!
