2. Services Provided

SSB Salon and Barbershop offers a range of beauty and grooming services, including haircuts, styling, coloring, and other related services. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time without prior notice.

3. Appointments

• Appointments can be made online, by phone, or in-person.
• We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time and stylist.
• A valid credit card may be required to hold your appointment.

4. Cancellations and No-Show Policy

• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
• Without this notice or a prior arrangement with SSB Staff, there will be a $35 cancellation fee applied IMMEDIATELY to the card we have on file for you.
• We understand that emergencies happen; please contact us if you need to cancel or reschedule.

5. Pricing

All prices for services are subject to change. Prices will be confirmed at the time of booking. Additional charges may apply for extra services requested during the appointment.

6. Payment

Payments can be made via cash, credit card, or other accepted methods. Full payment is due at the time of service. Gratuities are appreciated but not required.

7. Customer Conduct

We strive to maintain a welcoming and respectful environment. Any form of harassment, abuse, or inappropriate behavior towards staff or other clients will not be tolerated and may result in termination of services.

8. Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure a safe and pleasant experience, SSB Salon and Barbershop is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred as a result of using our services.

9. Privacy Policy

10. Changes to Terms

SSB Salon and Barbershop reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services after changes have been made constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
